We register your new limited company with Companies House and get it ready to trade properly from day one. Unlike a bare formation agent, you also get an accountant’s advice on how to structure the company before it exists – when changes are cheapest.
What’s included
- Choice of company name checked against the register
- Incorporation filed online with Companies House (the £100 government fee is included in our price)
- Standard articles of association and share structure advice – for example ordinary shares for a spouse or business partner
- Guidance on director and PSC identity verification, now required by Companies House
- Registration for Corporation Tax with HMRC
- Advice on whether to register for VAT and PAYE, and we can register you for both
- A 30-minute set-up call: salary and dividends, expenses, bookkeeping software and your first deadlines
Good to know
Companies House fees are paid at cost and are not subject to VAT. Same-day incorporation is available on request – the Companies House same-day fee is £156.
