Unlike a bare formation agent, you also get an accountant&#8217;s advice on how to structure the company before it exists \u2013 when changes are cheapest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s included<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choice of company name checked against the register<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Incorporation filed online with Companies House (the \u00a3100 government fee is included in our price)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Standard articles of association and share structure advice \u2013 for example ordinary shares for a spouse or business partner<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Guidance on director and PSC identity verification, now required by Companies House<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Registration for Corporation Tax with HMRC<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Advice on whether to register for VAT and PAYE, and we can register you for both<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A 30-minute set-up call: salary and dividends, expenses, bookkeeping software and your first deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Good to know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Companies House fees are paid at cost and are not subject to VAT.
