We manage the whole process, so the company is closed cleanly and nothing comes back to you later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s included<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eligibility check: no trading in the last three months, no outstanding debts and no other reasons strike-off could be refused<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Advice on taking money out before closure \u2013 up to \u00a325,000 can usually be distributed as capital rather than income<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Closing the company&#8217;s PAYE scheme and VAT registration with HMRC<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Telling HMRC the company is closing for Corporation Tax<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Preparing and filing form DS01 with Companies House (the \u00a313 fee is included)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A checklist for the bank account and any assets before dissolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final accounts and tax return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before closing, a company needs its final accounts and Corporation Tax return up to the date it stopped trading. If the company has been dormant, these are covered by our <a href=\"\/index.php\/services\/dormant-company-accounts-frs-105\/\">dormant accounts<\/a> and <a href=\"\/index.php\/services\/dormant-company-tax-returns\/\">dormant tax return<\/a> services.
